Originated from Bandung, Indonesia, seblak is made of wet kerupuk (traditional Indonesian crackers) and cooked with meat, eggs and spicy sauce. Seblak comes in many variants depending on the ingredients it is paired with such as macaroni, kwetiau noodle or bakso (meat ball). Seblak can be served wet or dry. Jeletot in the Sundanese language means hot until your eyes popped out.
