Thailand’s Doi Kham has embraced the zero waste trend with the launch of the sweet and sour plum sauce that uses by-products to minimise waste. The 250ml sauce is priced at THB 30 and is avaialable at Doi Kham outlets.
The zero waste concept is still underdeveloped in many FMCG markets in Southeast Asia but has potential to grow in line with increase consumer interest in sustainability practices.
