Cafe Amazon in Thailand has introduced Light Menu to celebrate World Diabetes Day, which fell on 14 November 2021. The tea beverages are sweetened with honey instead of sugar to deliver a natural sweet taste.
We expect the no/low/reduced sugar trend to continue for beverages in both foodservice and in packaged formats.
