Malaysia-based Flyman Mala Seafood (飞人麻辣小海鲜) has launched two new Xiu Mai (烧卖) products – Mala Scallop Xiu Mai and Black Truffle Xiu Mai. Xiu Mai or Siu Mai is a type of traditional Chinese dumpling. The Black Truffle Xiu Mai is made from premium imported black truffle from Italy.
The company is known for its ready-to-eat seafood such as crab claw meat, lala meat, scallop and baby octopus with various flavours including mala. It has also launched The Waterfall, which is a super stretchy cheese.
