The Malaysian coffee company Aik Cheong has recently just launched a new product, Project CHNO – medium roast. The new freeze dried coffee is made from premium roasted Arabica coffee beans.
Consumers can serve with warm or cold water for a traditional classic Americano taste. They can also add milk for a premium Latte or mix with vanilla ice cream to enjoy an Affogato.
Project CHNO refers to the chemical formula or structure of caffeine,which is made of 8 carbon atoms, 10 hydrogen atoms, 4 nitrogen atoms, and 2 oxygen atoms (also known as C8 H10 N4 O2).
Project CHNO has dark chocolate, caramel and roasted nut flavours.
