The first fully plant-based buffet was held in Indonesia for the first time on 31 July 2022. The event took place at the Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort with dishes using Green Rebel plant-based meats as part of the Plant Based Food Festival.
Four executive chefs from Bali served delectable plant-based dishes including Sate Maranggi by Chef Rio Abednego from Four Points Ungasan, Smoked Steakless and Muhroom by Chef Donald Hutauruk from Courtyard Seminyak, Chick’N Gyro by Chef Wisnu Adyatma from Renaissance Uluwatu and Chickenless Teriyaki Rice Burger by Chef Mario Stefanus from Aloft Seminyak.
In another development, Green Rebel Foods has launched its latest Thai-inspired Green Rebel Green Curry Chick’n.
