Indonesia’s PT Kobe Boga Utama has recently launched Kobe Bumbu Aduk Nasi Kuning to make familiar comfort foods easy to make at home. Consumers just need to pour the content on the rice and mix. The company previously made available Kobe Bumbu Aduk Nasi Uduk in early 2023.
Nasi Uduk is an Indonesian style steamed rice cooked in coconut milk dish, especially popular in Betawi cuisine. Nasi Kuning is an Indonesian fragrant rice dish cooked with coconut milk and turmeric.
