Nestlé Malaysia has unveiled its latest plant-based creation under the Harvest Gourmet range. The new Harvest Gourmet’s Gourmet Puff Pastries are crispy and flaky in three unique Asian flavours – Korean Gochujang, Oriental BBQ, and Creamy Curry.
Consumers can also air fry the new gourmet puff pastries. Place them in the air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes and serve.
Expanding the Harvest Gourmet range into the puff pastry segment helps recruit new consumers and capture more consumption occasions.
The choice of Korean gochujang as one of the flavours is interesting. Nestlé can use trending Korean flavours to promote its plant-based offerings.
