WonderBrew has launched Jun Tea, a new easy-to-drink, better-for-you beverage minus the vinegary taste of kombucha. June Tea is made of pure honey instead of cane sugar and has a smoother and lighter taste profile. That is why WonderBrew describes Jun Tea as a cousin of kombucha.
The key ingredient in Jun Tea is Jun Culture, which is brewed with a SCOBY culture and is made using green tea and honey.
