The newest innovation is designed for the foodservice (HoReCa), offering chefs a liquid flavouring broth with chicken meat extract that can improve the taste and aroma of chicken.
Using Ajinomoto’s amino acid technology, KALDOPLUS is made with quality chicken meat extract and special raw materials.
KALDOPLUS can be purchased via sales or field consultant Horeka Dept—Ajinomoto or through retail market channels such as Lotte Wholesale Supermarkets or the Ajinomoto Store on Tokopedia, Shopee and Lazada.
