The 5th International Restaurant, Kitchen & Culinary Equipment & Supplies Exhibition

Restaurant Asia (RA) 2024 is leading the charge as the only F&B trade show for the industry and by the industry, showcasing end-to-end solutions for industry players, chefs, and restaurateurs at the iconic Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

Co-organised by the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) and Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) Asia, the show is anticipated to be twice the size of the previous edition. The show is expected to draw 10,000 international and local visitors, and will host over 350 exhibitors spanning 9,000 square metres.

RA 2024 will bring back the Technology & Innovation Pavilion (TIP), designed to address the growing demand for cost-effective and eco-friendly operations, where leading tech companies will converge to showcase their innovative solutions. The TIP sandbox offers hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and live experiments to bring solutions to life. The event also features plant-based and healthier food options to support sustainability and healthy living.

The RAS Leadership Symposium will be presented at RA 2024 to mark the gathering of industry leaders, experts, and restaurant operators across F&B concepts to discuss and share their strategies as well as emerging trends and technologies driving industry growth. The show also offers exclusive networking opportunities with industry experts and leaders at the Chef’s Tables luncheon.

 RA 2024 is organised in conjunction with SIGEP Asia 2024, the inaugural Dolce World Expo in Asia for artisan gelato, pastry, bakery, chocolate, coffee, and tea. SIGEP Asia 2024 incorporates the 11th International Coffee & Tea Asia (ICTA), 11th Cafe Asia, and the 10th Sweets & Bakes Asia. These two events will be co-located with Speciality Food & Drinks Asia, Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia, and Food2GO Asia.
