Coca-Cola relaunches glass packaging to improve circularity in Indonesia

The Coca-Cola Co has relaunched the Original Glass bottle in Indonesia as a way to improve circularity. Glass packaging promotes circularity as glass material can be recycled indefinitely without losing quality, creating a closed-loop system.

The beverage giant is selling the drinks in 200ml glass bottle for IDR 3,000 (USD 0.19) mainly in food outlets across Jakarta.
