Taiwanese soy sauce Kimlan’s local partner Aventine Foods debuts halal-certified KIM’AMA

Aventine Foods Industry Sdn Bhd, which has partnered with Kimlan, the top Taiwanese soy sauce producer since Aventine’s establishment in 2014, showcased its newest JAKIM halal-certified sauces under the KIM’AMA brand at the recent MIHAS 2024.

KIM’AMA offers a range of ready-to-cook sauces and table sauces that help consumers create authentic versions of popular dishes.

Cooking Sauce series

  • Fried Noodle Sauce (Kicap Mee)
  • Fried Rice Sauce (Sos Nasi Goreng)
  • Char Kuey Teow (Sos Char Kuey Teow)

  • Yellow Mustard Sauce
  • Honey Mustard Sauce

It also has Sweet Soy Sauce (Kicap Lemak Manis) and Sweet Soy Sauce Spicy (Kicap Manis Pedas) in 150g, 400g and 2KG packaging sizes.

We view the launch of KIM’AMA as a strategic move by Kimlan to enter into the halal sauce segment, while offering consumers with authentic local flavours.
