Butter Days, which offers a range of sweet and savoury butter in Singapore, has recently unveiled its latest creations – Mint Chutney Butter and a new special edition Cacio e Pepe.
Mint Chutney Butter blends velvety butter with fresh mint leaves, tangy lime, aromatic cumin, and warming ginger. A kick of green chili heat completes this flavorful tribute to the rich tradition of vibrant spices and hearty chutneys of India.
Cacio e Pepe is infused with Pecorino Romano for a salty, tangy bite. The flavored butter is enhanced with Parmigiano Reggiano, aged for 36 months, for richness and complexity. The butter is also sprinkled with Sarawak Black Peppercorns for added woody, spiced fragrance with a touch of lemon zest to brighten the palate.
This special edition collaboration butter, Cacio e Pepe, is crafted in collaboration with The Cheese Shop Singapore (@thecheeseshop.sg) and available for purchase at any of Butter Days’ retail partners.
