Ralali, a digital marketplace for businesses, introduced Mina Soku at the SIAL InterFood Expo 2024 in Jakarta in November 2024. Mina Soku is a new line of ready-to-serve meals that can last for a year and comes in various flavors. This product aims to help restaurants and cafes reduce costs and increase efficiency by providing pre-made, high-quality meals.

In addition to Mina Soku, Ralali also introduces ready-to-eat products under its own brand. Ralali Food offers OEM, White Label, and Retort services, enabling F&B businesses to produce ready-to-eat products under their own brand, ready to be distributed to retail.

It comes in various flavors like soto soup and rice with rendang. Braskita, on the other hand, is a high-quality instant konjac rice that is low in carbs and high in fibre, making it a great choice for health-conscious individuals.
