Malaysian chain Oriental Kopi expands to Singapore

Oriental Kopi (华阳) has spread its wings into Singapore with the opening of its maiden outlet in the island nation.

The chain, orginated from Malaysia and devoted to delivering delicious traditional Nanyang cuisine, entered into a joint venture agreement with Paradise Group on 2 May 2024 to set up a joint venture in Singapore named Paradise Oriental to operate food and beverage outlets in Singapore.

The first outlet, located at Bugis Junction (Lot 50, Level 2), offers a taste of Malaysia with dishes like Nasi Lemak, Curry Laksa, Char Kway Teow, Kaya Toast, and the signature White Coffee.

According to Oriental Kopi’s initial public offering prospectus. the chain aims to operate a total of three outlets in Singapore by the end of 2025.
