Chef Cares, which works with top chefs using their culinary artistry in order to give back to society, has released Bak Kut Teh, a popular Chinese pork rib soup, often served with various herbs and spices. The launch coincides with the Chinese New Year. The soup has a pleasant aroma, particularly from the Chinese herbal medicine used in the broth.
