In another development, Japan’s Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. concluded a basic agreement on a feasibility study with PT ABC Kogen Dairy on 28 February 2025 regarding the sale of dairy products in Singapore.
As a result, dairy products manufactured by ABC Kogen Dairy in Indonesia will be double-branded with both the Morinaga brand and ABC Kogen Dairy’s main KIN brand, and sold in Singapore, beginning in April 2025.
Singapore’s reliance on dairy imports makes it a preferred destination for Indonesian dairy exports. Furthermore, a presence in Singapore offers Indonesian brands international visibility and a gateway to Southeast Asia.
