Celebrate with a specially curated six-course Dinner Set Menu (S$198++) that showcases modern interpretations of Chinese heritage, while enjoying Singapore’s breath-taking evening skyline. Toss to a year full of prosperity with the Yusheng adorned with salmon, peanut, sesame and refreshing honey plum sauce; this exquisite dish is a Lunar New Year must-have. Toast to longevity and health with the Hokkaido Scallop & Oyster with Oscietra Caviar dressed with sudachi ponzu and yuzu kosho for a punch of flavour.
Enjoy the Shiitake Mushroom Velouté & Sea Urchin Custard to bring in luck this year. Invite in harmony with the flavourful Seared Tamarind Tiger Prawn served alongside roasted eggplant, red curry, and lemongrass emulsion. Welcome wealth with the Kagoshima Wagyu Beef drizzled in black truffle vinaigrette, toasted brioche, and fresh kinome. For a sweet ending, feel the love with Orange Pineapple Millefeuille served with a milk chocolate crémeux and topped with vanilla ice cream.
For daytime celebrations, guests can enjoy a special two or three-course Lunch Set Menu at S$58++ and S$68++ respectively.
