Sunbird Brewing Company brought back its Ondeh Ondeh Porter to celebrate Singapore’s 56th birthday. Ondeh Ondeh Porter is described as an honest treat infused in perfect harmony. The oozy liquid of Gula Melaka combined with aromatic coconut and pandan have been carefully re-created from scratch over hours of roasting and dedicated brewing for the specialty malt to open-up, and produce distinct roasted, caramel flavours.
Ondeh-Ondeh has proven to be popular with food and drink companies in Singapore looking for a local flavour to celebrate the country’s independence day.
