KFC Malaysia Fires Up Chinese New Year Celebrations With Its Fiery Golden Egg Series and Jalapeño Cheese Poppers

PETALING JAYA, 6th FEBRUARY 2024 – KFC Malaysia is set to kick off the Chinese New Year festivities with a fiery bang, introducing three delectable additions to its menu. Starting from 6th February 2024, customers can indulge in the all-new KFC Fiery Golden Egg Crunch, KFC Fiery Golden Egg Burger, and the Golden Bucket with Jalapeño Cheese Poppers.

The Fiery Golden Egg Crunch and Burger are the latest addition to KFC’s Golden Egg Series, loved for the distinct flavours of creamy salted egg. This time however, the offering is infused with the explosive flavours of the third most spiciest chilli in the world, the ghost peppers, making each bite a gastronomical adventure packed with saltiness, spiciness and golden creaminess.

KFC Malaysia’s Chief Marketing Officer Premnath Unnikrishnan said “the Golden Egg series has been a crowd favourite while spicy food is a Malaysian favourite. As such, we at KFC Malaysia are excited to present this twist for this Chinese New Year.

“Gold has always been universally recognised as the symbol of wealth and prosperity. Thus, we would like to usher in this year of the dragon with some fiery delights, bringing wealth and prosperity for our customers,” he said.

Adding another layer of spice to the menu, KFC introduces Jalapeño Cheese Poppers as new sides. These delightful poppers are now available with every KFC Golden Bucket, making them perfect for group gatherings and sharing on any occasion.

Don’t miss out on these limited-time offerings because gold definitely tastes different this year. Visit your nearest KFC Malaysia outlet from 6th February 2024 and savour the bold and spicy flavours of the Fiery Golden Egg Crunch, Fiery Golden Egg Burger, and the Golden Bucket with Jalapeño Cheese Poppers.
