Ajinomoto’s RosDee Crispy Flour: 30% less oil and sodium

Ajinomoto (Thailand) has introduced RosDee menu crispy flour, a new product designed to reduce oil absorption by 30% and has a low sodium content while maintaining its original flavour. This pre-seasoned flour, infused with garlic, pepper and coriander root, is perfect for dipping meat or vegetables. Simply dip and fry for a delicious, crispy result without the need for additional marination or seasoning.
