Phat Food Intelligence introduces new product for food, beverage and bakery entrepreneurs

Phat Food Intelligence has introduced ‘Goodwill Condensed Blend Creamer.” The new product is a blend of sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. The target market will be food, beverage and bakery entrepreneurs looking for a cost-effective and convenient solution.

The company aims to introduce at leaset two new products a year and achieve THB 1 billion in revenue in 2025, reported prachachat.net. The short-term goal is to expand its distribution channels both domestically and internationally, penetrate new market segments and develop new products for existing target groups.

Phat Food Intelligence sees opportunities from growing consumer interest in frequenting coffee shops and bakeries resulting in the mushrooming of new foodservice entrepreneurs. The company describes the condensed milk market in Thailand as growing by an average rate of 4-5% a year.

Phat Food Intelligence’s products include UHT milk, sweetened condensed non-dairy creamer, and milk product for cooking, baking and beverage.
